At Lo-Fi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If the fit isn't right or the vibe isn't what you expected, we've made the exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
